Search by previous owner

Did you know? SmartMLS Tax allows you to perform a search that shows other properties that someone has owned in the past (but no longer owns).

Start off by clicking the Advanced Search and Map Search button: 

Once the Advanced Search screen opens, scroll down to the Search by Owner Profile section (it's the fourth section down):

Enter the person's name in the Previous Owner Name field (last name first) and click Submit.

This will find any properties where that person was an owner, even if there have been multiple owners since.

Note: this will not include any properties the person currently owns. This search is only for properties they previously owned.
