The Prospecting feature within SmartMLS Tax provides nearly 20 diferent filters for narrowing the focus of your search when you are farming for leads. These filters allow you to search with precision and efficiency and find the exact prospecting leads you are looking for. After all- time is precious, and postage is not cheap!
The MLS Listings filter is an excellent tool to help you conserve your resources and avoid sending fruitless farming mailings by excluding currently active listings from your search results:
Just scroll to the bottom of the list and put a check in Remove All Active Listings. That ensures that your results will not include any properties that are currently on the market.
The MLS Listings filter also allows you to target properties that have gone off the market within the last 365 days.
Note: SmartMLS Tax is tightly integrated with the SmartMLS's online system. Status updates that occur on the MLS are reflected in SmartMLS Tax within a few minutes.
