Find comps based on sub-property type

When creating a CMA in SmartMLS Tax, the Characteristics filter includes a field called Improvement Type that allows you to narrow your results using the parcel's sub-property type: 

For instance, if you wanted to limit the comps in your CMA to just 2-family properties, click the Characteristics filter at the top center of the screen, scroll down to the Improvement Type field and select 2-Fam Res. This should help you generate a CMA where the comps are as similar as possible to the subject property.
