See previous listings on SmartMLS Tax Property Record

Did you know that you are also able to see the property history directly from the Property Detail report in SmartMLS Tax?

The very last section of the report (beneath the FEMA Flood Zone section) is the Listing Archive, which displays a single line record of each time the property has been listed on SmartMLS: 

The Listing Archive shows the final status of each listing associated with the property. If you would like additional information on any of the previous listings, you can go into connectMLS and pull it up by its list number.

If the Listing Archive section is empty (the words listing archive will be faded), the property was never listed on SmartMLS in the past.
