Search for active foreclosures

To find properties that are currently in the foreclosure process, start off by clicking the Foreclosure button at the top center of the Property Search screen: 

When the search screen opens, put a check in the Only Active Foreclosure Records box:

Use the rest of the search fields to narrow your search.

The Foreclosure Type field allows you to view properties within a specific phase of the foreclosure process:

There are also several date range fields that assist you in focusing your search:

• File Date
• Auction Date
• Mortgage Date

Additionally, you can search by the Defendant or Case Number (if you know it), or by entering the property's address information in the Location section at the bottom of the screen.

Once you have finished entering your search criteria, click the Submit button in the bottom right to view any matching property records.

There will be a column of filters (underneath Modify Results) on the left side of the screen that displays your search criteria and allows you to adjust it, if necessary:

You can access additional search filters underneath the Update Results button by clicking the arrow next to CRS Map Layers. When you expand this section, the Modify Results section of filters will collapse:
