When you are working with maps within the SmartMLS Tax public records system, there are many different icons that may appear on a parcel to help provide additional information regarding a current or recent listing for that property:
The property is currently listed For Sale on the MLS.
The property was recently marked Sold/Closed on the MLS.
The property is currently Under Contract on the MLS.
The property is currently Temporarily off Market on the MLS.
The property is currently Expired on the MLS.
The property is currently Cancelled on the MLS.
The property is currently Withdrawn on the MLS.
The property has a recent Lis Pendens filing.
The property is currently the subject of an Auction sale.
The icons for off market properties will display for 365 days, at which point they will disappear.
