SmartMLS Tax Custom Exports

The SmartMLS Tax program allows you to easily export the parcel data from your search results. 

After you have selected the desired parcels, go to the bottom of the screen and click Keep Checked, then click the Export List button: 

By clicking Keep Checked first, only those parcels you selected will be exported. If you don't click Keep Checked, all parcels will be exported, including those you did not select.

Use the next screen to select the fields you would like to include in your export. To select all fields, put a check in the All check box in the bottom lefthand corner of the screen:

Click the Export button after making your selections.

This will generate a .CSV file that can be opened in a CSV reader program like Microsoft Excel or MAC Numbers. The file can also be opened in CRM products to create mailings.
