Saved Results

When you run a public records search in SmartMLSTax, you have the ability to save the results for later reference.

After you are finished with your search and are viewing the matching public records, select the specific records you want and click Save Results at the top of the screen: 

Give the search a name and click Submit:

Your Saved Results are easily retrievable right on the SmartMLSTax dashboard (from either the Simple Search screen or the Advanced/Map Search screen).

Regardless of which search screen you use to access your Saved Results, you will be brought to either the List View or the Map View (SmartMLSTax remembers the last view you were in and uses it the next time you run a search).

List View:

1. The legend at the top alerts you to any properties that are currently (or were recently) listed on the market. This includes properties in the foreclosure process.
    
2. Click Map View to switch to the List View.
    
3. View the properties in the Simple Results view.
    
4. View the properties in the Custom Results view.

Note: you may not initially see all of your search results on the map, even if you zoom further out. This is because, by default, the system will only view the first 15 properties. You can change the number of properties that appear on the map by using the drop-down menu at the bottom of the screen:

Map View:
If your Saved Results display in the Map View, the screen looks a little different:

1. The legend at the top alerts you to any properties that are currently (or were recently) listed on the market. This includes properties in the foreclosure process.
    
2. Map tools on the right allow you to interact with the map.
    
3. Click List View to switch from the Map View to the List View.
    
4. Clicking View Larger Map removes the listing grid from the bottom, allowing the map to take up the entire screen.
    
5. View the properties in the Simple Results view.
    
6. View the properties in the Custom Results view.
