You may have noticed a Data Currency link at the bottom of all screens in SmartMLS Tax:
The Data Currency report provides details about information sources and how recently that information was updated:
The report is broken down by county and provides information for six different categories: Assessor, Sales, Mortgages, Maps, Deeds and Foreclosures.
