The Search Results page lists all the property records that match the criteria you entered during your search. You can view, save, or share this list as it is, or you can filter it down further. You even have the option to save your results for future use.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll see on the Simple Results screen:
- Number of properties that matched your search criteria.
- Map legend (shows what the different map icons represent).
- Narrow your list of search results even further (without going back to the search page).
- List of properties that match your search criteria. There are 15 property records per page. If your search resulted in 16 or more matches, there will be more than one page of results to view.
You can use the boxes on the left to filter your list of matching records even further. Just add new criteria, like a street name or MLS ID#, and click Update Results to refine your original search results and narrow the number of properties on your list.
If you would like to view your list of properties on a map, click the Map View button:
By default, the map will display only the records that appear on the current page of search results. To see the property records from all pages of your search results (up to 500 properties), click the View Larger Map button:
Click here for more information on Map Layers and Views.

By default, your matches will display in the Simple Results format, showing only the property address, Parcel ID and owner name.

You can also change the order of the columns by dragging and dropping them to your preferred location:
Additionally, you can adjust the width of the columns by placing your mouse cursor over the separator between the column names and then dragging it to your desired width:

You can then fine tune your labels by choosing how the addressee is displayed, selecting the address used (owner vs. property) and much more:
Make sure to choose the correct type/format of your labels. The three most standard label formats are available.
