How to access SmartMLS Tax

There are several ways to access the SmartMLS Tax public records system from within connectMLS. 

1. You can click the Tax icon in the upper right corner of Connect:

2. When you are on the Connect home page, go to the Tools, Resources & Links widget and click SmartMLS Tax- Public Records:

3. You can also access SmartMLS Tax from any listing by going to the Additional Info menu and clicking the Tax Record link:

4. The SmartTax CMA and CRS Quick CMA links (in the Additional Info menu) also provide a gateway to the SmartMLS Tax system:

Technically, they bring you to a Full CMA and Quick CMA, respectively, for the selected property. At that point, you are within the SmartMLS Tax program, and can easily click the Home link in the upper left to get to the SmartMLS Tax home page. From there, you can access previous tax records you have viewed, run a search against the public records database and much more.
