After you have run a Quick CMA in the SmartMLS Tax public records program, there is a good possibility that you would like to return to the SmartMLS Tax home page so you can start a new search or work with a different parcel.
The process of returning to the home page depends on whether or not you clicked on any of the comparable properties within the Subject and Comparable Properties section of the Quick CMA:
If you click on any of the comparables, the full Property Record displays in a new tab within your web browser:
When you're done looking at that Property Record, clicking the Home button in the upper left corner of the screen does not bring you back to your CMA or to the SmartMLS Tax home page. It just refreshes the tab and keeps you on that comparable's Property Record:
In order to get back to the SmartMLS Tax home page, you must first go back into the original browser tab (where your Quick CMA is). Once you are back on your Quick CMA, you can then either click Back to Search or Home to get back to the SmartMLS Tax home page:
If you have not clicked on any of the comparable properties, there will only be one browser tab open for SmartMLS Tax, and you can get back to the home page by either clicking Back to Search or Home.
